Self Invested Pension
Take Control of your pension!
A self-invested personal pension (SIPP) is different to a traditional pension. Instead of limiting your investment options, a SIPP opens the doors, giving you more choice in how you invest your money. Like other pensions, the government will still give you up to 46% tax relief on the amount you pay in. Once your money is in a SIPP, you won’t have to pay tax on any gains or income your investments make.- Low cost award winning pension – Fixed fee plan keeps costs down over long term

Pension Investments
If you are investing into a pension you will normally have a range of options open to you depending on what type of pension plan you have.
- Self Invested Personal Pension Plan – SIPPs provide you with a wide range of investment options allowing you to invest in shares, bonds, investment trust and investment funds.
- Personal Pensions – Will often provide a more limited range of fund options depending on your attitude to risk and your longer term objectives.
Investment funds are one of the most popular types of SIPP investments.
A fund is a collection of investments, chosen and run by a fund manager. Each fund manager has a mandate to run the fund in line with set objectives, for example to grow your capital, or provide some growth with capital preservation as a priority.
There are 1000s of funds to choose from. The SIPP providers outlined above allow you to access both UK and International funds.
Typically with a SIPP you can choose between selecting the funds yourself or you can select a ready made portfolio.
