Clydesdale And Yorkshire Mortgages Half Price Fees

Mortgage customers can currently save 50 per cent on mortgage fees through Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks.

To compliment their new range of mortgages, the banks are offering 50 per cent off mortgage arrangement fees, for new customers who are looking to move home or remortgage.

The discount is available on a range of home loans, including two year fixed rate mortgages from 65 per cent, five year fixes, discount mortgages from 2.79 per cent, an offset mortgage, and several flexible mortgages.

Commenting on the half price fees, Steve Reid, retail director at Clydesdale Bank, said: “Customers are always looking for great service at a great price: these new discounts, particularly when combined with our new mortgage range deliver that.”
 
Clydesdale and Yorkshire are also offering half price contents insurance to all customers, even those who are not taking out their mortgage with them.

New and existing customers can benefit from half price contents cover when they take out buildings insurance, saving an average of £80.

Mr Reid added: “Someone switching their mortgage and home insurance to us at Clydesdale or Yorkshire Bank could benefit from discounts worth around £600. Combine that with our new mortgage products and our customer service, and we’re giving customers that great value they want.”
