Loan News Paragon Group Hoare To Retire

The Paragon Group of Companies plc today announced that David A Hoare, an independent non-executive director since 1993, has advised the Company of his intention to retire from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on February 10 ,2004 on account of length of service.

The Directors express their gratitude to Mr Hoare for his support and significant contribution during the years of his involvement with the Group.
