A new equity release website for independent financial advisers (IFAs) has been introduced by Just Retirement.

By visiting the site advisers can submit their details to gain access to various market guides and sample materials, while also providing links to relevant organisations

The site will provide an equity release market overview comprising trends, research and demographics for investors considering entering the market.

Commenting on the launch of the website, David Cooper, marketing director at Just Retirement, said: “We will continue to support and educate IFAs in whatever ways we can in this important area of the market and, with this in mind, we launched this online resource area dedicated to equity release.”

He added that the new service coincides with several improvements to their equity release plan which include tiered interest rates on their Roll-Up Lifetime Mortgage plan.

In related news, Equity Advice has said that the equity release market will grow in the coming months, reports the Financial Times.
